You will receive timely updates on your registered mobile number and email, once you place an order. You can also track your order manually by visiting My Orders section, or with the Tracking ID from our courier partners.

Once your returned product reaches our warehouse, it goes through quality check after approval you will receive the refund amount in the original mode of payment. In case of Cash on Delivery, you will need to provide a bank account detail on which you want to receive the refund amount. No refunds will be given in cash, it will only be transferred electronically.

Orders above Rs.999 are free from delivery charges, for orders below Rs.999, delivery charges of Rs.99 are applicable per order.

Products which are intimate in nature, like inner wears, personal hygiene and products which lose their fresh nature when tried are generally non-returnable. Please visit the particular product page for more details, if its non-returnable it will be mentioned in the product description.
